Open Holo, go to Studio → Help & contact, and chat with Holo Support or send a ticket. You'll get an answer in the app.
support@holotrade.us: include your username and order number if it's about an order.
Common questions
- Problem with an order? Open the order in Studio → Purchases and tap "Problem with this order". If you think it's a scam, tap "Report a scam".
- Getting paid: set up payouts in Studio → Account settings → Payouts.
- Delete your account: Studio → Account settings → Close account, or email us from the address on your account.
- Holo Pro: manage or cancel in your Apple or Google account subscriptions.
